Drivers must be 21 or over, for every car in the fleet.

Visitors need a passport, a UAE entry stamp or visa, and a driving licence from their home country. An International Driving Permit helps and is required for some licences; send us a photo before you travel and we will tell you whether yours is accepted.

UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence.

The minimum rental is one day. A day is 24 hours from the pick-up time.

Returns up to two hours late are free. Beyond two hours, a full extra day is charged at your daily rate.

Returning early is welcome, but unused days are not refunded.

Prices are in UAE dirhams. Rentals of 1 to 6 days use the daily rate; weekly and monthly rates apply where a car has them.

Booking on this website holds the car and sends us your request. Nothing is charged online: you pay at handover, after we confirm in writing.

A refundable deposit of AED 1,500 to 5,000 may apply, depending on the car. It is often waived; we assess each booking and confirm the amount in writing before you book.

We do not hold your deposit waiting for traffic fines.

Included: 250 km a day, 1,750 km a week or 4,500 km a month. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate for your car.

Return the car with the fuel level you received. A shortfall is charged at the cost of the fuel only.

Salik road tolls (AED 5 per gate) during your rental are billed at cost.

Free anywhere in Dubai and to any DXB terminal, 24 hours a day. One way: Sharjah AED 100, Ajman AED 300, Umm Al Quwain AED 400, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah AED 500.

Fines can take up to 30 days to appear; you are responsible for any fine incurred during your rental, and we contact you when it arrives.

After an accident, call the police and obtain a police report before moving the car. No insurance claim can proceed in the UAE without one.

Cars are listed as a model "or similar". We confirm the exact car, colour and plate in writing before handover.
